Site Requirements

The ensuite needs to be positioned on a flat hard surface and be within 20 meters to access power, water and the sewer access point. Longer hoses/connections can be provided for distances which exceed a 20-meter range.

With adjustable legs, it can be set at a level if there is a slight gradient to the surface.

External including the trailer: 4m long x 2.5m wide x 2.8m high – this is the minimum site clearance required

Internal dimensions of the bathroom: 2.5m long x 2m wide x 2.2m high

It’s the hirer’s responsibility to check that the Little Bathroom will fit on the proposed location. If, upon delivery, it’s deemed that the unit is unable to go in the required position and you wish to cancel then a delivery fee is retained from any refund offered.
